Directions to the Montgomery Aquatic Center
(Fall Through Spring Practices)

From the Washington Beltway (495) or points East: Take the Beltway west (outer loop) to the exit for Route 355/Rockville Pike. This road is also known as Wisconsin Avenue. Head north, past the White Flint shopping center. Left at Marinelli Road (the White Flint Metro stop – Red Line is at this intersection). Go one block to stop light. Go straight into pool parking lot.
From points north, Route 270: Travel south on route 270 until you get to the split for the Beltway. Stay to the left, towards Silver Spring. Exit at Old Georgetown Road. Turn left at the end of the ramp and cross back over the 270 spur. Turn right at Nicholson Lane (stop light). Turn left at first intersection (Executive Blvd). Turn left, ½ block, into pool parking lot.
From Virginia or points West: Take the Beltway (495) to the Old Georgetown Road exit. Head north (away from Bethesda). Cross over the route 270 spur. Turn right at Nicholson Lane (stop light). Turn left at first intersection (Executive Blvd). Turn left, ½ block, into pool parking lot.
From DC or points South: Take Wisconsin Avenue north into Maryland. Go through Bethesda, past NIH and the White Flint shopping center. Left at Marinelli Road (the White Flint Metro stop – Red Line is at this intersection). Go one block to stop light. Go straight into pool parking lot.

Directions to the Martin Luther King Swim Center
(Summer Practices)

From the East or I-95: From the beltway (495) take exit 28A - New Hampshire Avenue-rt.650, North (to White Oak). Go 2.7 Miles (you will pass route 29) to the light at Jackson Road, turn right (White Oak Middle School is located at this intersection). Head down Jackson Road for a 1/2 mile. You will see the MLK Swim Center on your right. The outdoor pool entrance is located just past the indoor pool.
From I-495 west, north, or Virginia: Take exit 30A - Colesville Road-Rt.29 - North. Take route 29 northeast to the cloverleaf exit for New Hampshire Avenue, rt.650 - North. Turn right at the light for Jackson Road (White Oak Middle School is located at this intersection). Head down Jackson Road for a 1/2 mile. You will see the MLK Swim Center on your right. The outdoor pool entrance is located just past the indoor pool.
From downtown DC:Take 16th Street to the Maryland line, then 29 north (or Colesville Road) and follow directions above. Or take New Hampshire Ave out of town and follow directions above.
From the MAC: Take Randolph Road cross county (past Viers Mill, Connecticut, Georgia Avenue). Turn Right on New Hamshire Avenue (south). Go 1.3 miles and turn left at the light for Jackson Road (you will see White Oak Middle School on your left). Head down Jackson Road for a 1/2 mile. You will see the MLK Swim Center on your right. The outdoor pool entrance is located just past the indoor pool.
